Where's the Glasgow teenager thread gone and why?

I didn't miss the point of your thread Tom, I simply wanted to address one portion of it. You stated in your post:

I was simply pointing out that there were other percspectives than the American/Scot which you claimed. I was not saying that the perspectives that we have currently are equal or even similar to that of a native Scots, but as you point out yourself there is diversity in education, politics, life experience, etc based on locations. It is that diversity that makes the exchanges on this board so interesting to me. I love that I can read posts from all over Canada, the US, the UK, Europe, and Asia that share a common interest. For me it's the members of the forum which bring the diversity, fun, and tone to the forum, we just try to keep it civil based on the rules the owner of the forum set up.

As for a Scottish moderator, I agree with Captain that picking a moderator simply based on their location is silly. Maybe Hank will go that route in the future (picking someone from Scotland), I don't know as it is not my decision.

Back to your original question, you'll notice that the Glasgow teen thread has been fixed up (thanks Mike) and returned to the General Kilt Forum.
