Boy scout tartan

I have heard that there was a boy scout tartan commisioned at one time but have been unable to find it dose anyone have any furthure info?

The MacLaren tartan has an association with Scouting:

Any Scout who has completed their Wood Badge may join the Clan MacLaren Society as an associate member.

In addition to the MacLaren tartans for Wood Badge trained adults, there are two other tartans, called Scottish Scouts. I do not know if they are in production or require a custom weave.

The first is ITI#1294, called Dress Grey Watch, and based on the Black Watch tartan:


The other is ITI#1463, based more or less on the MacLaren tartan:


A couple years ago, I attempted an inquiry at the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) National Council to see if the BSA ever commissioned a tartan, but my inquiry was never answered to my satisfaction.
