    Shame that there wasn't better sucession planning - sounds like the business is more than viable, and it would be sad to see it close just because the present proprietor wants out.

    The fellow is going to make a fortune selling the real estate. It's just good business.

    I would be very suprised if a a storefront selling traditional kilts emerges in Montreal. Very surprised.
