Maybe I can run Scotch Drink by the organising commitee once on the Friday - in addition to the fluid of the same term

The same goes for me, Patrick. There is absolutely no way I will be able to learn my 'script' , and in dialect too! My inability to retain my lines was the main reason for my giving up AmDrams after a very successful 30-something years of treading the boards.

It's seven actually, Dee!
As of this moment, I haven't thought much about what I'll be bringing or wearing to The Ferintosh weekend - apart from choosing between Prince Charlie and GT Doublet for the actual Dinner! Obviously the need will be for something different every day, and possibly something different for every morning and every afternoon! Also, because of our location, I am thinking that these will all have to be Scottish kilts - no Breton or Cornish for example - but I've not come to a final conclusion with that one.
Thank Heavens I am driving up from West Sussex, and so do not have to worry about suitcases, portmaneaux and cabin-trunks. However, I must remember that I am picking up Derek and all his 'gear' en route at Peterborough! I just hope Robertson and Emma are putting Derek and me into the room with the largest amount of hanging space!
By the way, Dee, I also have a gorgeous USAK Ireland's National, but I was not going to bring it as I thought it might be a little lightweight for Dumfries in January!!

Ouch! It's been so warm here that I really hadn't considered that. Must check weather and re-group.
Thanks for the heads-up
Dee
