What a great excuse though! Currently I have 73 kilts. Now, if that number is not unlucky I don't know what is ......... that HAS to be why I sent my order for No.74 to Barb Tewksbury today!
Wait!!!! Are you going to tell us what tartan #74 will be or will you leave us hanging in suspense?? Vicarious jonesing is just as bad as the real thing for the truly addicted!

Won't matter then unless you number them or something.
Call them by their tartan and numbers don't come into it

Isle of Skye, Bill. Lochcarron's Braeriach (Medium) weight, pleated to the stripe -as in Barb's photos of the kilt she tailored for her son-in-law to be.
Whilst we are on the subject, this coming Saturday, I expect to be giving Howie (TFCK) my order for No.75: Craig Ancient, but I'm still undecided about the weight. Strome or Braeriach? It will probably be Strome.

kilts
I have 14 kilts as well. I belong to a total of 7 different scottish families and also have a st. patrick tartan because I am part irish. Which clans do you belong to? If you give me your list, I'll give you mine. I love the kilt, definitely makes me feel like a man and a half. Also have weapons like the 2 handed war hammer, Lochaber Axe, battle axe, etc. and not to mention a claymore, basket hilted sword, and scottish single handed sword, etc. Do any of you have weapons, and if so, what kinds?

well, I'm English and don't belong to any clans. I just wear a kilt be cause I like it. having said that one of my latest kilts, #13 was a Gunn tartan, turns out my great grandmother was a Wills, and Wills is a sept of Gunn, I found this out after the fact. I never found the need to find a family tartan, I just wear the ones I like.
I have a large sword, made in Pakisatn I think, no particular style, I just liked it, I have a dirk, never worn, I have a couple of sgian dubh, one black one brown, I wear them from time to time.
I have a couple of black watch
1 royal stewart
1 hunting stewart
1 maple leaf
1 nova scotia
jsut got the macdonald
a leather r-kilt
woodland camo utilikilt
among others.
