Good work. It looks great. My wife watches Dora and Diego both, most every morning.

For anybody who is interested, I am having fun making these wee kilts. PM me if you would like one for your little ones and we can work something out. Wal-mart had a number of fabrics with kids themes. And most were pretty inexpensive.

Rob,
I'm really impressed. What a way cool thing to do.

Fantastic job of pleating Dora to the sett! Your daughter looks ecstatic with your present to her.
You do know, though, that you and they are on the slippery slope of addiction. Next it will be a bag or sporran, then some tire tread sandals, shawls, pins and brooches, and on and on...
(Do you think they will ask you to do their wedding dresses, too?)
Good job, Dad.

W2f, I know! And guess what the older one just before I finshed her kilt? "Daddy, I want a sporran!". Luckily for me, someone (who shall remain nameless ), just happened to provide me with two small leather sporrans just needing some final finishing to be the perfect size for these wee girls. Although, someone also suggested a Dora backpakc/purse/sporran and I have enough material left over for that too. Although, Mommy is waiting for me to start her kilt in the pink tartan material I posted on the other thread....
