TB I was wondering when you would get in on this one, I'm not sure where he got that 4th thing from, but we were at the Easyriders Grand National Rodeo in Chillicothe Ohio and he was just about the only Tattoo artist that my wife felt comfortable with, that to me spoke volumes, anyway at the time he was based out of NC, I am not to sure about the state of the laws that he was talking about, anyway the piece he did for the wife looks as good now as it did in 2000.

Coloured inks may have been improved over the years for retention. These guys say to use use sun screen and I will agree. Talk to your tattooist he or she is more interested in you getting a tattoo to last, than to just do a crap tattoo for a quick buck.
