Anyone else tried some?

Kid-
Jim McEwan (Master Distiller a' Bruichladdich) has put oot a few 3D noo....
ai assume ya have the first yin.... 3D The Peat Proposal....
it is an interestin' yin... 3 different peat levels, 3 different ages, 3 different wood types in the casks...
distilled in three different pot stills.... still a single malt- but a blend of these 3....
it has a medium peaty quality... nothin' like Ardbeg or Laphroaig....
oak, vanilla, smoke, some apple an cinnamon... a nice dram- but no the best the "Laddie" hass tae offer...
see if ya can fin' "The Yellow Submarine" arr "1970" they arr greit drams...
here is me wi' Jim McEwan...

If it gets better than this, well, I'm in for a treat! The more I try the 3D, the more I like it. It seems much more "symphonic" than the Glenfiddich, it seems to linger on the palate and evolve more. You know, there were a couple more of the "Laddie" whiskies at the shop, I may have to pop down and procure a few more.

I am going to have to find a good liquor supplier around here. So far I haven't seen any of the really good whiskys mentioned on these boards.
