I wore a kilt as we were out stolling though a nearby bunch of shops. All comments were positive, but when asked why I was kilted, I anwered, "Because it's January 13th."
Of couse, they wanted to know what Jan. 13 is. "It's the day before Sunday the 14th," I repsonded. Then all laughed.
I told most of them that I was kilted because I wanted to be, and since all the women were in pants, I didn't want to dress like a girl. It was all in good fun.
And Sorcererdale, be sure to tell your daughter that I said, "Thank you for your service."
