Let's drink to California, way out by the sea,
Where a woman's ***, and a whiskey glass,
Made a horse's *** of me.
When we drink, we get drunk.
When we get drunk, we fall asleep.
When we fall asleep, we commit no sin.
When we commit no sin, we go to heaven.
So, let’s all get drunk, and go to heaven!
An Irishman is never drunk as long as
He can hold onto one blade of grass and not
Fall off the face of the earth.
I have many many more!

Not exactly a toast, but needs to be said here:
God invented whiskey so the Irish wouldn't rule the world.

Just went out for several pints with my buddy, Bill, who I haven't seen for a couple of months....when we got our glasses, I toasted the same way that we have ever since we became friends:
Confusion to our enemies.

This is my personal favorite. Try saying real fast three times.
Here's to all them that I love,
And here's to all them that love me,
And here's to all them that love them that I love,
And here's to all them that love them that love me.

"Confusion to the enemy" has always been one of my standard toasts especially around some of my former squadron mates and other members of the armed forces. Seems to be a standard at most clubs on base.

Friends may come,
And friends may go,
And friends may peter out ya know.
But we'll be friends,
Through thick and thin,
Peter out or peter in.
