Would love to join you fellows but I have a date with a Flame-Haired Celtic Amazon Goddess in Pacifica tomorrow night at out Burn's Night Supper. I am smoking the first batch of 5 lbs. of salmon for it as I write this. I will be giving the "Address to a Haggis" and my lovely bride is scheduled to give "The Lasses Response".
