I did a lot of my growing up in Aberdeen and Seattle Washington. I really miss the coast. Did time inland too, in Spokane, Wenatchee, Leavenworth, (The little Bravarian village) and other little bumps in the road places.
In Aberdeen, there was always seafood for dinner, no matter how poor we were. We dig clams, catch fish, get crabs, there was food to be had if you worked for it.
