PS if you're ever in H-town and hankering for sassidge and cabbidge (or sausage and cabbage, even), ye'll nay gang aft agley if you drop in to Rudi Lechner's.

Gets an older crowd, but heck I'm starting to fit in with that crowd myself. The pork shank is WHEEEEEE DOGGIES (as we say in Texas). The heritage plate, even more so. Live music on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, with tuba and xylophone and cowbells and alphorns.
