Just my opinion of course, but there seems to be a mutual respect society within law enforcement, so I don't see anything wrong with you (or anyone else for that matter) wearing the RCMP tartan.

I'm seriously thinking about the Gray and Green for my first tartan box-pleat. If ony I hadn't just ordered two MacDonalds for my sons!
