Throwing footwear

I wear blades for the hammer. They give me better balance and grip.
For all other events I wear a pair of Adidas baseball cleats, that allow you to adjust the cleat pattern to suit your needs. Or you can remove all the cleats and you have a turf shoe.

You can always get some lawnmower blades and attach them to combat or work boots...cheapest way I've found.

Tons of throwers are wearing Tanel 360s. Conclusion from most who have tried a slew of shoes is they <3 tanel.
