Not sure what is up with the tracking system but rest assured it will arrive. My tracking never worked until my sister in law showed up ( she is my mailperson) and handed me the envelope.

Sometimes I wish the US would hurry up and just annex Canada, then maybe our post would arrive in a timely manner. Then again, on second thought, no you guys have all that funny looking green money.

These kinds of absolute statements usually offer little in adding constructively to a thread. Here you say "everyone" of your packages is opened. Look at this quote -

Hmmm, so it's apparently not "everyone" of your packages that gets opened.
Postal employees can do what ever they like and get away with it.
Really? "What ever they like"?
Even if you could get an inspector involved, nothing would ever come of it.
And you base this statement on what?
Dread, take the time to speak to your local Postmaster and see what that individual can do for you. Further unsubstantiated comments and allegations about USPS employees are not going to accomplish anything, of that much I am certain. Be sure to let us know what you are able to learn.
Let's move on here.
