Bratwurst cooked in dark beer, with pickled red cabbge, sauteed onions and bell peppers, sweet Bavarian mustard and Bavarian kraut {with 1.5 cups sugar added to it. Old German recipe}. All this on a hoagie roll. De gustibus non disputandem est! Can't have a beer with it, as I am on call.
