I actually am part irish, but predominately scottish. I got the St. Patrick irish tartan from lochcarron in the 10 ounce lightweight tartan. you can only get this tartan in 10 ounce lightweight tartan, nothing any thicker. I have the St. Patrick tartan because part of my last name is Patrick, so we are therefore related to St. Patrick in some way. Happy hunting on your kilts.
