Just happened to notice:
Barry Humphries was born John Barry Humphries on February 17, 1934, in Kew, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. He is an actor in film and television. He is also a writer. Has an alter "ego": he dresses up as a rich woman named Dame Edna Everage (also known as: Dame Edna and Edna Everage). He is married to Lizzie Spender, the daughter of poet Sir Stephen Spender. He remains friends to this day with Richard O'Brien and Cliff DeYoung. He, as Dame Edna, has an autobiography called "My Gorgeous Life." I found 2 websites about Barry Humphries. They are:

It wouldn't be the first time I was accused of being "too twisted for color TV." Whatever that means...

Nany years ago, there was a guy in the SCA with a smurf sporran. Reading this twisted thread has brought up that memory. Also my breakfast.

Dame Edna is probably the best-known Humphries character but he used to do loads of different Aussie ones.
The other most widely known is Sir Les Patterson, the Australian "cultural" attache to the Court of St James.

How about a Dame Edna full mask sporran? I bet that skin is leathery enough to work!
