I received an email back from the Claddagh. Here is what the letter said:

Dear Matthew,

The music we play at the Claddagh is from a satellite station called DMX and is a commercial provider of music. I am not sure if it is something that can be bought directly, but I know you can find out more about them on their web site.

I am going to guess that this will not be a viable alterneative to Sirius and XM Sat Radio services.
