I am pretty sure I know this seller has made themselves a kilt before. I am also pretty sure that they are a member here

I contacted the seller and was told that he/she has been making kilts for about a year, and I'm waiting for some pics they said they'd send. I also informed the seller that I was a member here, so if it is someone here I hope to hear from them here, too.
