Bushwaller's. unless they have remodeled in the past year, is a larger open room with a bar and a dozen tables. The floors haven't been redone since it was a store 50 years ago, wide boards and uneven. Food is pretty good but not fancy.
Until a year ago I lived a block an a half away from Bushwaller's close enough to walk down for dinner. I remember that they have/had Celtic music a couple of night a month.
There's also a brew pub a block south that has some fairly good brew. I was not impressed by the service the last time I was in to the Brew Pub. I have a feeling they are impressed by their own advertising.
