Improv1, so do we have a firmed up plan yet or are flying by the seat of our pants (kilts)? If we at least have a start time and locale (with a map) we would be well on our way.

The plan is to start the pub crawl at the grand opening of the Sleekit Badger. The bar is located at 210 George Street, Dunnville. We will stay there until 8:00 pm, then mosey on up the street to Johnny Rottens at 239 Queen Street.

If you are coming in from the Hamilton direction, take the Centennial Parkway exit from the QEW. Follow it up the escarpment, and continue on Hwy #56 at Elfrida (straight through the lights). Take this all the way to Hwy #3, and turn left. Follow #3 into Dunnville. As you enter our pleasant little town, stay on Hwy #3, which turns left and becomes George Street. The pub is on your left beside the BB Gas Station.

If you are coming from the Fort Erie area, follow Hwy #3 into Dunnville. It turns left and becomes George Street. The pub is on your right as you make the turn.

Johnny Rottens is on Queen Street. You can see Lock Street from the parking lot of the Sleekit Badger. Follow this straight up, through the stopsign, and it becomes Queen Street. The bar is on the right beside Giant Tiger.

Please let me know on the forum or via PM if you are planning on attending!
Accommodations are available here at Black Sheep Acres (pull out couch, spare bed, floor, llama pen).

Don't worry about it "time stands still in Dunnville", they still sell leaded gasoline.

The Dunnville Pub Crawl/Kilt Night is on! The weather is too cold for trousers, but perfect for kilts!
Here is a picture of a couple of the locals on the street earlier today:

If you need directions, please contact me by PM. I can give you my cell number if needed.

A small but dedicated gathering of kilted brethren made their way to the grand opening of the Sleekit Badger Pub in Dunnville. Grant and I were welcomed with open arms, and many smiles when we strode into the place. We schmoozed tickets for the show that night, and were treated to the musical stylings of Jonesy, a Niagara area bar band. The food was good (Braveheart Platter); the Harp was cold, and flowed like the mighty Grand River.
My wife joined us later in the evening, and added to the bevy of beauties that have made the Badger their chosen locale.
A big shout out to Cody the doorman, Scott and Krista the owners, and to Hockey Mom, whom I hope made it home safely with someone.
We had some technical difficulties with cameras, so I will go in search of one of the patrons who were taking pictures.
Cheers! We hope to see a bigger turnout next time.
