Smile Calling KCW and Tampa area kilties!

Hi KCW and Tampa area Rabble,

I'll be in the area during the week of Feb. 12 - 16, with some flexibility, since flights are not nailed down yet. I expect to have a car.

Good targets for me would probably be
    • Sun., Feb. 11
    • Thurs, Feb. 15
    • Fri, Feb. 16
Also possibly Monday or Wednesday nights. (I think Tuesday is already committed.)

    Let me know!!!

If you can make it in by Sat. Feb. 10, you could make the Knight Parade. It's a good time in Ybor. I believe there are at least 2-3 kilted krewes in the parade.

Let me know when; I'd recommend Flanagans Irish Pub in Dunedin (30 minutes across Tampa Bay), good pub grub, and site of many a kilt night. Brendan Nolan's performing the 15th-17th; I'll bring my pipes.

I'll second Flanagan's, and the Dunedin downtown has a Celtic shop as well, if you are interested in looking. Another possibility that is a chain restaurant/pub is Beef O'Brady's, there are a number of them around, decent food and beer, pretty casual.

Let us know as your plans firm up.

    Last minute details!

Hi Guys -- sorry for the last minute plans . . . work has somewhat interfered with the personal life this past week.

I'm arriving today (Sun, Feb. 11) about 5:15 PM, so I should be able to get checked in and check XMarks around 6:15 PM or so. Possibilities are:
    • Sun., Feb. 11 -- obviously low priority as extremely last minute -- sorry!!
    • Mon., Feb 12
    • Wed., Feb 14
    • Thurs, Feb. 15
Let me know what works. Again, very sorry for the last minute notice.

    Mark,

Where are you staying? Wednesday probably works best for me, but I can probably make tomorrow as well, depending on time and place.

    Rob,

I'm staying at the Embassy Suites near the airport (555 Westshore Blvd.), and during the days I'll be attending the SHARE / IBM conference at the Tampa Convention Center.

Mark, check your PM's. We will try to get together Wednesday. Flanagan's sound good?

Any other Bay area kilties up for this? Piobear?
