I'd have to be covered head to toe in it to be happy in cold wind. But unfortunately, I can't afford that much wool, and it's itchy.

On second thought, maybe you should stay home.

It started to snow here on Tuesday night (see one of my other threads for photos of me out in it in my new kilt jacket) and all day Wednesday. When I went to work Wed. evening, the snow was stopping up all the storm drains so there were lakes of water everywhere. The deepest was about two feet deep. Cars driving through that section of street were in water over their undercarriages. Now (Wed. night) it's all frozen over. At least it's easier to walk, since I can walk on the ice instead of through four-foot-wide puddles.

And we'll all be walking around complaining about the heat, while you enjoy the 'mild weather'
