I love, love, love squeaky cheese curds, but for some reason I just can't wrap my mind (or tongue) around poutine...may have something to do with, as Grant said, it being a heart attack in a bowl.
Of course, the first time I tried them was at a New York Fries shop at a mall in the GTA - probably not the best source for top-shelf poutine.
