If I say it's hot, it would blister someone else. If my husband sees me sweatin, he knows it would burn him up!

I usually drop a can of green chilies in my brownies. I don't think cheese would add anything.

It's almost time to start the peppers in the basement under the lights. If you save some seeds from last years plants and then replant using them they come back a little hotter each year. I always have some Cayennes, Bonnets and Jalapenos in the garden in the summer. I won't order anything less than "Hot" when it comes to chicken wings but last month I was in a place that had Habanero wings and they were even too hot for me. Then sometimes I get carried away making chili and my wife won't eat it because I put too much heat into it. My stepdaughter gave me a great Christmas gift this year. It was a box with 4 sauce bottles in it made with Jim Beam - Hot, Chicken Wing, BBQ and Steak. I'm waiting until grilling season to open it up.
