Thanks for the warm welcome...

Well I got hooked on Heavey Athletics last March when I went to see some friends of mine throw and started throwing in June.

We actually have a games coming up March 10 called "The Shamrocks". It is at the Illinois State Fairgrounds in Springfield. Our "group" actually puts on several events in additional to the Illinois Highland Games in May. You can check out or website at www.ancientathletics.com where all of that should be updated soon.
