What a wonderfully flamboyant kilt-suit. A bit overdone and perhaps "too much of a good thing" but I may also wish to note that he's the only one whose clothing fits. The keyring around his neck and name tag are too part of the look.. Anyone who can show up at what looks to be a less than formal convention dressed like that just MUST have a good sense of self-irony.

I will say that it is cool how the sett on his jacket almost lines up perfectly with that of his kilt!
