And, so, I lined it
Sewing the lining over the edge of the under apron

Hand sewing the lining across the top-I am sewing it on the top edge of the waistband. On a traditional kilt, it would be on the bottom of the waistband, but in this case the waistband is wide for the velcro, and Sinbad tends to untuck his shirts, so a lining here is more comfortable

And now I just need to make flashes (which will have to wait a few days, since I must go out and earn more kilt money!). He will be wearing this to Belmont kilt night on Friday, 2/23. Look for the pictures there.
Would anyone like a separate thread for flashes? I've been turning those out for a little while-just to keep the insatiable Panache in accessories.
