Kilts cause Wrecks!
Well almost. I am the Vice-Chairman for the Locksmith Licensure Commission here in Tenneessee. We had a meeting of the Commissioners in Nashville today, so I decided to where my SWK Nightstalker, Prince Charlie & Belly-Bonnet. All the Ladies in the C&I office loved the kilt, and I got alot of good comments. They now call me the Kilted Commissioner! However, a man in a kilt is a damn unusual site in the Redneck Country Music Capital. A lady in an suv almost had a wreck because she was watching me instead of looking where she was going. Fortunately she didn't. I received quite a number of remarks from women of all ages. Of course I got the obligatory question from one very attractive woman on the elevator, {there were several women on it} "What do you wear under the kilt?" I replied "Socks and Shoes." They all seemed to get the message and exited with large smiles. I wanted to get a picture in the Chambers, but cameras were forbidden. Maybe at our next meeting, I'll sneak it in and get someone to take my picture before the meeting starts. I do have a couple of pics to post as soon as I upload them.

One of my favourite tourist stops in Nashville. Their selection of Beers, Whiskeys, and Wines are unmatched in the state!

Thanks for the tale! I'll have to look into MacDoogal's the next time I'm in Nashville - Bourbon tastings? What a great thing!

Do they give a discount if you wear the kilt?

I like to hear things like this. Several years ago, I was in downtown Denver and got a wolf whistle from a car with two ladies in it as I was waiting for the light. They turned the corner, and the light said I could cross so I did, when I heard the sound of crunching metal. The two ladies car hit a parked taxi.
Glad that you did better than I did.

Great story, and nice pics, thanks. Maybe you need something to distract from the kilt, I can't think of what that might be though.
