I'm not confused about anything, Nanook. I have bought some knives made in Pakistan that aside from a cosmetic defect or two were of very high quality. I have bought some knives from Pakistan that had absolutely zero defects and were wonderful additions to my collection. When I sold cutlery, some of my line were from Pakistan, and you would never know if you didn't look at the stamp on the blade. My complaint is not that I was misled, nor that my wife was misled into thinking that this was something it wasn't. My complaint is that this is very poor quality for what it is, which is a reproduction (imitation, if you will) of a sgian dubh. Pakistani reproductions always have a drop in quality from the original, but this item is substandard, even for a reproduction, imitation, or even a cheap knock off.
