I hope the nephew doesn't read these forums or the surprise would be spoiled!

But clearly another convert in the making!

That's great!! I wish I had an uncle like you!! Would you like to adopt me??

If your nephew is a cabinet installer, is he a good candidate for a UK Workman?

Now for the really sneaky part. I have ordered two kilts in the MacKinnon tartan. An ancient hunting and a 1842 MacKinnon red. My nephew does not know it yet, but he will be wearing the red tartan for his wedding!

Families can be such a source of entertainment, I can not wait to see his eyes when we present that to him!
Don't you remember, I am related to you through some sort of long lost way, and I read this forum and so I WANT MY KILT TOO, from you. You know how much I always liked you and your kilts! Ha ha

That is sure nice to do, I can't wait to hear more and see pictures.

    DALE.

You don't have to be Scottish to be comfortable!

It's probably a good thing (for Splash_4) and a bad thing (for the rest of us) that DNA profiling has gotten so advanced and reliable...

Wow, that's a really nice gift and I'm sure that your nephew will really appreciate it. I can't imagine what I would have done had that happened to me on my wedding day
