I have a Prince of Wales PV kilt but it isn't pleated to the white stripe. Although I believe it would look good that way. Have you considered the Clark Tartan it is similar to the Clergy Tartan( on some sites it is identical) USA KILTS does a wonderful job in PV. I have pics of it
