Well, maybe I'm mistaken! I hadn't thought about the sports'kilt and there are always different type of ideas that have promoted it. To someone like me, just not my cup. I guess I've had a different take on it since I first posted.

It is just another execution of an age old design. I seriously doubt that the designer was designing for the traditional kilt market. They are for the people who don't follow the rules and want to have the freedom to wear what they want to wear.
