I've the Bro Kerne on my wishlist
That was second on my list, Robin! An equally beautiful tartan, but I do not 'wear' blue too well (!!) and so opted for the 'Bro-Leon'. Besides, I have spent so many wonderful holidays centred on the small town of Lesneven that I just HAD to wear the tartan of that area!

Wow! Forgive my lack of eloquence, but I am reduced to just "wow" by that tartan. I like . . . well, most tartans, but that one is simply stunning. You set the bar mighty high, Brother Hamish!

Excellent tartan choice. That looks like a real beauty of a kilt. I'm also intrigued by the kilt pin. What is it?

Congratulations on the latest kilt, Hamish. The shirt and hose go well with the blue and yellow of your latest Breton tartan.

The kilt pin also comes from Brittany. It's design is taken from the stylised Fleur de Lys, or Hermine, that features on the Breton National flag:

It is a large and really quite heavy pin - one that certainly achieves the task of weighting the front apron of the kilt.

#1... I saw some of that tartan at a shop in Brest when I was there back in August 2006. Not to remove anything at all from your photos, but it was far more stunning in person. Having seen your photos, I now wish I had bought some! Simply wonderful looking.

#2... Where might I aquire a kilt pin like that? I rather enjoy the way that looks.

Very nice, Hamish, your colours are perfect as always.
Sadly, Leslie was not impressed, she seems to have this notion that I'm trying to catch you up. If I live to 110 I'd never manage that.

Well done, you look fantastic, I love the flashes, never seen any like that.

Nice kilt. At least they'll hear you coming whether they can see you or not.
