Apparently Mr. Munroe and Verizon got into quite a discussion about his owing the company some money... $0.002, to be exact. I understand he and a customer service representative had quite a long discussion about it, and the CSR couldn't fathom that .002 wasn't the same as .02!

I love fuzzy math like this. Always gives me a good laugh to see reps dance around charges like this...especially when the customer is clearly right!
