    Congratulations I guess, but I am unsure how this is a dress code victory for kilts. If you undo the snaps on your Workman or wear a traditional kilt tomorrow you are in violation of the "precise" wording of the new policy and if you keep the snaps done the garment is bifurcated and therefor specifically not a kilt but a strange pair of shorts. I'm happy, for you, that you get to wear the garment though.
