Well met and thank you Raphael and Colin. Anton's sounds good to me! Figure they'd move us up in the line 'cause we've got kilts on?
Colin: do you mean the Moutain Shadow or is there another one at the bottom of the hill?

Yeah, I mean the Mountain Shadow. The name has been on the tip of my tongue since my last post. Thanks

No problem. The only thing with the Shadow is that it gets full when there's a hockey game on, otherwise I love that place! My buddies live close by so I'm in there all the time.

You should head down and meet up with Bear and Raphael and the boys at Doolin's on the first Thursday of every month for the regular kilt night as well. It's always a good evening.

If you are feeling like a little longer trip, the Dublin Crossing in Surrey is a good bet. I've been twice now and enjoyed it greatly. Good food, great draft and music on Sunday afternoon. I'll probably be there this Sunday for lunch. It's very similar in decor to the Irish Times in Victoria. Located at 188th St and Fraser Highway, in the mall on the north side. From Burnaby, come out east on Highway 1 to 176th St. exit, go south to Fraser Highway and turn left. About 5 minutes down look for the pub on the left hand side.
