Light moving at full speed leaves behind no trace of its passing, touching nothing, moving through the universe as though it doesn't exist. Darkness is much the same... With out the awareness and concept of light, darkness holds no meaning. Only emptiness.
If only we as humans could be so blessed to learn to share space together.
Wise words, my friend and poignant questions.
The beauty of the flowers points out the impermanence of ALL things. Light, dark, the seasons and us. Why does it take so long for some of us (me) to grasp this. Time on the planet is much too short to sweat the small stuff. The true secret is to want what you have. You are wealthy man!
Kilts and blue skies for all!!
