Dread, her account is not under moderated status and it's pretty darn tough to fix what isn't broken.

I've posted this ELSEWHERE, but it seems you've missed it. Let me explain again.

In an effort to cut down on the spam posts we've suffered in the past, a spam filter has been installed on this forum. The filter works by checking posts submitted by new members. Typically, if a spammer registers for a forum, it will be a hit-n-run registration with 5 or 6 posts submitted to try to sell pills, porn, cellphones or game systems. They post and they move on down the line.

The spam filter checks the first few posts a new member makes and if it sees some key words or letter arrangements, it shunts them off into a moderation queue. Once there, a member of the forum staff has to check the post for inappropriate content. If the post contains spam, it is deleted. If the post is harmless, it is validated and then appears on the open forum. This keeps the forum members from being disturbed by spam posts.

I'm sorry, but I prefer not to share the words and characters the filter traps, nor the amount of posts it requires to have the filter release a new account. No need to load a spammer's gun for him, eh?

The explanation for why her post would have been moderated (and there are none of her posts in the queue, BTW) is quite simple. The method you have chosen to submit images to the forum triggers the filter. No hidden agenda and no negligence on anyone's part, just coincidental circumstances.

Have Jadewink submit a few more posts and she will soon discover the spam filter has released her account.
