You can see the guy in the tweed jacket is wearing a plain leather sporran. It looks very good, and since you're wearing a tweed jacket, nothing beyond a simple leather sporran is required.

Other than the observations that
- his jacket is way too large, arms too long and not correctly tailored.
- his kilt is too long
it looks good.
