I do like limes. And lemons. And onions and garlic. One of my favorite memories is a nice big jar of pickled garlic and onions that my aunt gave me once. There's a nice pickled garlic Georgian salad recipe floating around somewhere on my computer, slow multiweek marination.

And limes. I like limes in salad and on seafood, and just a single drop in a good dark rum served neat and sipped like it was whisky.
