I think it's too long, too low, too thin, too expensive and too ugly. Too bad.

Man! That thing is just too much. Sheesh!

I really really wish folks wouldn't say things were awful just because they're different. Instead say something constructive like:

"it's a bit too long" or
"because of the length it appears more feminine than the kilts I'm used too" or
    "the sporran is attached oddly"
Richard D. asked us to "check this out and say what do you think." That's what I did.

    O.K.
I think that it's not so much a kilt as a kinda 'New wave punk kilt'
If you're going to get it and wear it as a kilt, you'll need it to be just a tad shorter, and to get a better sporran.
I'm going to stick with my suggestion that you get something from ebay.co.uk. The shipping to Europe is cheap and you will have a decent quality kilt.
If it's that tartan you are really after, here is a kilt in that tartan and a decent, nice sporran.
The total cost for both including shipping to europe is... yep, 75 euros.
Believe me, in the long run it would be worth it to invest in these and save up for something like a stillwater when you feel you can afford it.

    Kilt is here...

    Sporran is here...

I do believe saying it's 'awful' is a valid answer to the question as he posed it. It may not be an overly polite way of expressing it but that's another issue entirely. I, for one, would appreciate these opinions and take them as that, one person's view. If you think it's awful, go ahead and say so. There is no need to apologize for that or qualify it.

I agree with Cloves. Its more helpful to give a reasoned opinion, that just trashing a product. In this case the kilt is obviously unconventional. I personally think the styling is interesting, but a little too long for my tastes.

I dont like the length or the waistband personally, as well as it looking a little on the light side. To be fair, I'm a traditionalist, and WAY too old to be nightclubbing, but IMO that's about the crowd it's aimed at. For a cyberpunk fashion statement, it's probably brilliant, but as a kilt it doesn't quite make it.

Worn too low, too long for "trad" tastes. My preference runs to "from floating ribs to just over the knee" but that's, as I said, my preference. Heck, I've spent 75 Euros (or the equivalent) on sillier things (and probably will again).

I think that if they had told the model to wear it a tad higher it would look no worse than any other MUG. The sporran is also far too low. Ouch.
I wonder about the fabric. It seems light but that may just be the way they posed it.
As for the styling, I could wear something similar.
75 eros though, may be a bit much for that MUG unless it's wool, and of a good quality. Are there pockets?
And is it really made by an underwear company?

    I wear the kilt because:

Wait for a Stillwater? Is Jerry's transporter broken of something? The longest I've waited for a Stillwater kilt was 4 days and that one was ordered on a Saturday night.

I had to wait just about two weeks for one I ordered for my nephew. Apparently the transporter doesnt like the U.S. Canada border. Let me say it was well worth the wait, and the fact that it took a little longer is no reflection on Stillwater at all. Mostly any wait time for shipping to Canada is all Canada post, and I am not sure where in the world Richard_D is from.
