yes he's talking about "Peacekeeper"
one of the most respected members of
www.undergroundmodshop.com 's paintball forum.
basically he's the head of the Canadian chapter kind of thing.

pretty much dead on there... though ironicaly he's only one of the founding members of the Peacekeepers, I'm not sure that we have what could be called a head honcho. we kinda do things dilomaticaly. He started a thread about finding a kilt to paintball in and it got me looking for something.. and I found that kilts didn't have to cost hundreds of dollars!! this making a kilt more and more likely to happen, then I stumbled upon the Xmarks and from there it's all history
