Actually, Kiltos are a kilt wearing tribe of South American natives. They inhabit an unexplored region of the Amazon River basin. Without any outside influence, they developed tartans and a clan system which rivals Scotland itself. The Kudos are a neighboring tribe that also wears kilts. The major difference is that the Kudos are a "pleats go in front" tribe, where the Kiltos are a "pleats go in the back tribe. Both tribes are constanly warring with another tribe called Pantsos. Pantsos are trying to force the kilted tribes into pants, but are losing the wars to the Kiltos and Kudos due to a large number of their warriors defecting to the Kiltos and Kudos. Even the Kudos are beginning to see the reasoning behind "pleats go in the back" view and eventually, Kudos may become just an interesting piece of history. For more information. see Angus Macgoogle's "History of the Kilted Amazon River Tribes".
