We'll beat 'em by shear numbers. We have more members than I have fingers, oh wait you have more fingers than I have fingers.
Edit - I've counted 12 that are within drinkin' distance and we have a few honourary members on two continents. So we have the same amount of members that Improv1 has toes.
I'd say SOKS is winni...
...Oh wait DEKS has a Dirka!
I'd say DEKS is winning.
*We need a Dirka!!!*

I wonder if Wompet is also a member with you guys as the distance doesn't look to far for him? I shall give him one of my patented sidewards glances tomorrow to see if he is taking notes surreptitiously. I always thought his mustach was too neatly trimmed.

LOL! Wompet lives about 250 miles from our meeting pub. I wish I had "met" him a bit sooner. I spent a week on Grand Island just before he popped up here on XMarks. Had my kilt with me, too. I'd have been glad to tip a pint with the lad.

We don't really have a name yet, but how about "MiCKS" Motor City Kilt Society?
For those that don't know, Motor City, is the nickname for Detroit, Michigan.
Other names could be:
DAKS - Detroit Area Kilt Society
MDKS - Metro Detroit Kilt Society
MiKS - Michigan Kilt Society
GLiKS - Great Lakes Kilt Society
KSoM - Kilt Society of Michigan
KSoD - Kilt Society of Detroit
Paul Murray
Kilted in Detroit! Now that's tough.... LOL

The high-lighted above I like its got a sort've Irish sounding thingy going on.
With KSoD - Kilt Society of Detroit you just know I'm going to "accidentally" write 'K SOD!

I understood that those highlighted ones could be a bit "negative".
And yes K' SOD is kinda funny... I think DAKS has a ring to it.

Actually I do like MiKS. Surely there is at least one Scotsman named Mick.

Ah, but who's more the fool - the fool, or he who follows the fool?
Besides, there's ... hmmm ... well, there's - no, not him ... how about him - no, he's out of office now ... he was never on the Hill ... she's not a fool, she's just evil ... I'll have to get back to you on that.

Hey, that's just due to the uniform dress code!
If it was up to me, I would have a full beard and mustache all winter. Or at least as much of a beard as I can grow ...

I would have been happy to join you, too - except for the pint-tipping part. I don't drink.
Hey, how come everyone is giving me the sideways look now?
