Southern Md Celtic fest

My wife and I also attended the festival yesterday. A bit of a drive but worth it. We had never been to this event but figured a festival that had been around 29 years must be pretty good. We saw several really good local bands and they had a women's division in their Highland games.
Overall, a very good day.

I couldn't make that one, but I do plan to be at the Potomac Celtic festival on June 9th. Look for a bald, greybeard heavyset guy wearing a Macneil kilt and an Xmarks tee shirt.

My wife and I were there. I got off the plane from Iraq (by way of Kuwait, of course) at 0530, and we made it to the Festival by 1100, after much drama.

Spent the whole day kilted, even surprising the wife by going in to the 7-11 to buy the papers. Great fun.
