Don't be concerned, there are many easy ways to "put-off" the kiltlifters, and the number of people that seriously try are much fewer than you may think.
They will judge by your attitude whether or not you are receptive to their ideas, or they are not functioning with all their faculties!

Good for you! You should post some pics of your custom kilt on the pics forum.... if you would like. I'm sure a number of us would like to see them.

It will not let me include links because I am so new!

I wouldn't be overly concerned. We tend to write about things like that because they are so rare. Who wants to read "I went shopping and to the movies, and then to bed and nothing interesting happened" but that's the norm, even in a kilt.
I suppose it all depends on what kind of crowd you hang out with, and how irresistible your are , but I haven't experienced any untoward attempts to lift my kilt to date.
So my advice is go forth in your kilt, you have nothing to lose but your anxieties.
Best regards,
Jake

Hahah, that makes sense.
Thanks , Jake. No one has been forward with me yet, so I expect I will be okay, even though I am totally irresistible.

Indeed, black cassocks! But surprising how many clergy are also bikers!

Probably because riding a bike in the twisties is the closest one can get to heaven.

Now, if only I could get my husband to wear one more often. I think he'd be more likely to wear a solid color kilt. That may be what he gets next.
