Man! I'd LOVE to make this one, sounds like a lot of fun and having one of the owners so hip to it makes it all the more of a great deal. Unfortunately I'll be at the highland game in Springfield, IL on the 19th and Alma the entire following weekend. So unless you're doing it on May 20th or sometime in June (other than the 16th which is the Chicago Highland Games) I won't be able to make it.

If I can make it I'll try to convince some of my band's pipers to show up but it sounds like Jim will have his pipes so at the very least he and I can busker something up.

Sorry to be a pain and I don't expect you to cater to me or anything, it's just games season! Busy time for pipe bands in this area.

I'll be in the area (Romulus) on the 12th, but will be leaving directly after my lodge meeting. Didn't know about the pub in Mt Clemens ... we used to meet up in the Mt. Clemens Masonic temple a few years ago.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it. With Faire season in Michigan starting, my weekends are pretty well shot; unless one is close to a Faire. I'll be at Mayfaire every weekend starting next week. Then various Faire's around Michigan and Illinois until about October...
